FOR THE CAPABLE WOMAN FOUNDER WHO’S DONE BUILDING SOMEONE ELSE’S VERSION OF A BUSINESS
Wired to Lead
Decode Your Wiring, Make Decisions With Conviction, Run Your Business Your Way
From the outside it looks like you've got it together, and mostly you have.
And yet.
Somewhere along the way, the business stopped feeling like yours.
You've collected everyone's frameworks and playbooks and this-is-how-a-founder-does-it advice.
With every decision, the thing you built out of your own desire and values starts to look like someone else's idea of what a business is supposed to be.
You think this is what's required to attain success.
So you push a little harder, you start second-guessing your decisions, you stop listening to your intuition, and the whole thing quietly loses the spark it had at the start.
Here's what I believe, and I think you feel it too: a business was never separate from the person building it. Especially early on, what you create is really an expression of what you value, the thing you're here to bring to the world.
A business is meant to reflect you.
So when it drifts from that, of course it starts to feel off.
That disconnect is what leaves so many capable founders quietly jaded, running a business they built but somehow don't recognise.
Here’s the good news. You don't have to burn it all down. You just have to bring it back to you.
Or rather, bring yourself back into it.
Here's what I want for you:
→ You make decisions from instinct again, and you trust them
→ The frameworks go quiet, because you know your own answer
→ You stop outsourcing your gut and start leading from it
→ Work starts to feel like flow, not force
→ Clarity becomes your normal, not a rare good day
Wired to Lead is a twelve-week group coaching programme for women founders, that helps you lead from how you're actually wired instead of everyone else's rules.
It's the rigour of a startup growth strategist alongside the intuitive work, brought together in one place.
The Wired to Lead Method
-

01 / Unlearn the conditioning
We clear what's been quietly running you: the shoulds, the hustle wiring, the beliefs about what a founder is supposed to be.
-

02 / Know your wiring
We map how you're actually built to make decisions, lead, and use your energy. Human Design and tarot live here, as ways to see it clearly.
-

03 / Release the burden
We name the guilt, the people-pleasing, and the invisible work you've absorbed because it felt like yours to handle, and start handing it back.
-

04/ Lead from within
We turn all of it into how you run the business, decisions made with conviction, hours reclaimed from second-guessing.

What Clients Say

What Clients Say ✷
“Niki challenged my thinking, understood the person behind the business, and helped me see things from a more strategic lens. I left more grounded and more confident in the direction I'm taking.”
Gracia H., Stylist & Elegance Coach
“Niki took time to understand my experience and value proposition, then suggested concrete directions grounded in real cases from similar founders. I left with clarity on what topics to cover and who to target. Grounded, easy to speak to, and genuinely invested in helping you find a direction that fits.”
April Ann F.P., Founder, Wizcale
“I appreciated Niki's relatability as a female business owner, reflecting my emotions back to me in language that made sense for the career stage I'm in. So warm, friendly and non-judgmental.”
L.H., Business Coach & Educator
The Investment
The founding cohort runs at $1,880, the lowest this programme will ever be. Pay in full, or split into two payments of $970.
This first cohort gathers on interest. Once enough founders are ready, I confirm a start date and we begin within two to three weeks. Join the waitlist and I'll be in touch as the group comes together.
-
The same method runs as a three-month 1:1 container, paced entirely to you.
About Niki
I've spent eighteen years growing businesses across Asia, from Ogilvy to Skyscanner to the global eSIM company Airalo, and these days I help founder-led businesses grow, some by as much as 24x.
But here's what I've learned doing it: the business strategy is rarely the hard part. We can logic our way to a plan fairly quickly.
What stops us is underneath, the fear, the imposter voice, the quiet conditioning that says this has to be hard, or that it doesn't count unless it's big.
Go big or go home. Those messages work for some people. They don't work for everyone, and for a long time I thought that was my failing, blaming myself for things that were never mine to carry. What changed was realising that…
I could build in the way I'm actually wired, instead of borrowing a strategy that was built for someone else.
I learnt about my Top 5 Strengths, used Human Design to lead with Strategy & Authority (you’ll learn more about this), and instead of comparing myself to others and thinking something was wrong with me, I embraced who I am and worked with what I got instead of against it.
That's why I treat the inner work and the business, as two sides of the same coin.
The way you think about yourself shows up directly in how you price, what you say yes to, and the decisions you make every day. Work on one, and the other shifts.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
It’s both. The work is grounded in real business decisions, pricing, boundaries, how you lead, but it starts from you rather than the business. We don't build the business first. We build you first, then the business follows.
-
I hear you, and here's my honest take: I spent eighteen years as a growth strategist, I'm not asking you to leave your logical brain at the door.
I use Human Design and tarot as ways to see your wiring clearly, mirrors, not mysticism, and always alongside practical strategy.
Plenty of the founders I work with are analytical to the core. If anything, they tend to like finally having language for the stuff they'd always sensed but couldn't name. You don't have to believe in any of it for it to be useful.
-
Plan for roughly 1-2 hours per week: the live session on teaching weeks, plus a couple of hours of your own reflection and application.
Integration weeks are lighter on input and heavier on your own thinking. It's built to fit around a business you're already running, not to become a second one.
-
A lot of the magic is in the group, to be honest. You're in a room with other women founders working through the same thing, and that does something a solo container can't.
The 1:1 is the better fit if you'd rather not do this work in a group, or you want to start sooner and move at your own pace. Same method either way. If you're not sure, [ book a call ] and we'll work it out together.
-
Every session is recorded, so you won't lose the content. That said, the group is part of how this works. Watching other founders do this work is part of what makes it land, so protect the live sessions where you can. Missing one now and then is fine. Planning to catch them all on replay isn't really the programme.
-
Two points in the schedule, weeks six and eleven, with no new teaching. They exist to let everything catch up, to process and apply what you've covered rather than piling more on top. Each one also holds a private session with me: your Human Design reading in week six, your application one-to-one in week eleven. They're often where the biggest shifts happen.
-
The group is deliberately small (4-8 founders) and you get two private sessions with me on top of all the group time.
-
It's designed with women founders at the centre, the conditioning, people-pleasing and invisible load it addresses tend to land hardest there.
If you identify differently and it speaks to you, send an enquiry and we'll have an honest conversation about fit.
-
Fair question, and I'd ask it too. Most coaching adds more strategy on top of what's already there. This clears out what's underneath first, the conditioning, the load you've been carrying, so the strategy has somewhere to land. You also leave with tools you keep, not just notes from sessions you'll never reopen. It sticks because you're not borrowing my answer, you're rebuilding your own.
-
That instinct, that you should be able to work this out alone, is often the very thing keeping you stuck. It isn't a flaw, it's just how capable, self-directed people are built.
But self-reliance stops serving you the moment it means carrying everything by yourself. This isn't someone handing you answers. It's someone helping you trust the ones you already have, and reach them faster.
-
I understand the instinct, and it's worth noticing where it comes from.
Putting the business first and yourself last is often the exact pattern that's left you depleted.
Right now the business runs on you, on how you decide, how you lead, how you hold your energy. Investing there is investing in the business.
-
I hear this often, and it's usually the clearest sign it's needed.
The second-guessing and indecision this work clears are where your hours are quietly going, most founders reclaim seven or more a week.
"No time" tends to be the symptom we're here to fix, not a reason to put it off.
You don't have to lead against your own grain.
You can lead from it.
