The clinic that couldn't see its own ceiling

The problem

A healthcare business with a working product, a built app, and a small founding team. They wanted to grow revenue 2–3x and were focused on scaling what already existed—more marketing, more patients, more effort on the core offer.

The shift

We stepped back and looked at the offer structure as a whole. The core business had a ceiling it couldn't grow past—but two adjacent revenue streams were sitting untouched, invisible inside a model that had never been looked at from the outside.

The outcome

By restructuring what the business was built around, not by adding more to what already existed, growth unlocked in a way that more marketing never could have.

Programmes delivered a 3x revenue lift. Subscriptions added 21% MRR. And crucially, none of it required hiring another doctor or opening a new location. The growth came from seeing what was already there.
