Making Sharper Decisions as Founders - Podium Society
About the Event
In this session with Podium Society, I’ll be sharing a framework for understanding why many capable people feel constantly busy but still unsure whether their effort is actually moving things forward.
In my work at HelmCrew, I often see founders and teams working incredibly hard while still feeling stuck. The issue usually isn’t discipline or motivation. More often, it’s that we’re spending mental energy on decisions that don’t actually shape the bigger picture.
When everything feels important, it becomes difficult to know where attention truly belongs.
During this session, we’ll explore a simple way to distinguish between the decisions that genuinely shape your next chapter and those that quietly create noise.
What participants will take away
A framework for deciding what deserves your attention
A way to stop overthinking decisions that don’t materially matter
Greater clarity in how to approach work, projects, and priorities
The session includes a short concept introduction, reflection exercises, and small-group discussions to apply the ideas to real situations.

Masterclass: Launch Your Digital Product for Passive Income
About the Event
In this session with Fresh Pages Co, I'll be joining Melody Bay and Mangla Sachdev to walk you through exactly what it takes to launch a digital product from your existing service business — from pulling the right idea out of what you already deliver, to the systems that run it, to the copy and marketing that sell it.
At Helm Crew, I work with founders who are brilliant at what they do but find themselves hitting a ceiling — trading time for money with no clear way out. A digital product changes that equation. The challenge is that most launch advice covers only one piece of the puzzle. You get the marketing strategy, but not the systems. Or the copy, but not the offer structure. And without the full picture, most people stay stuck in "I'll get to it eventually" mode.
This session brings all three pieces together in one place.
My segment focuses on the infrastructure side — identifying which parts of what you already do are ready to become products, and building only what you actually need to go live.
What participants will take away
The Offer Extraction Framework: how to identify which part of your service delivery is ready to become a digital product, and which format actually fits your business
What launch-ready infrastructure looks like at every budget, so you build what you need and nothing more
The sellable offer formula and the sales page anatomy that makes buying feel obvious, not optional
The three emails every launch needs and exactly what each one has to do
How to get visible and sell to warm audiences first, including how to borrow other people's audiences even if your own following is small

Why "Calm" Can Be A Powerful Growth Strategy - FSO Speaker Series
Many founders assume that building something meaningful will inevitably mean constant urgency. More work, more pressure, more moving parts.
This session explores the idea that growth can still involve ambition and effort, while feeling steadier and more intentional at the same time.
